The site
bs19.org is the home of BeyondSurvival, an open-source FiveM framework I make in my free time. It's a hobby project, so it comes as is. I try to keep it up and correct but I can't promise it's always online or that every doc is right.
Your account
You log in with an outside service (Discord, Google, etc). Keep that account safe, what happens on yours is on you. I can suspend or remove accounts that abuse the site, spam, or try to break things.
What you send
- Only upload screenshots you took yourself. You keep the rights, you just let me show them on the site and in BeyondSurvival posts with your name.
- Nothing illegal, hateful, NSFW or someone else's personal info. That gets removed and probably your account too.
- Bug reports go to a public Trello board. Write them like anyone can read them, because they can.
- Applying for the alpha doesn't mean you get in. Waves are small and I pick by what the test needs.
The framework itself
The BeyondSurvival code has its own licence, that's the one that counts for the code, not this page. Not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two or Cfx.re. GTA V and FiveM belong to them, and you need to follow the FiveM terms on your own server.
Ads and links
Some pages may show ads and link to other sites. I don't control those, so I'm not responsible for what's on them.
Liability
As far as the law lets me: I'm not responsible for losses from using the site or the framework. If your server blows up because of a config, come to Discord and we'll fix it together, but it's not a contract. Portuguese law applies, without taking away any rights you have where you live.
Changes
I can update these terms. The date on top changes when I do. Questions? Discord. Privacy stuff is on its own page.
